I hope you like it! Yes, there is one extra day of the squares for the days of the month but hey, who couldn't use a little extra journaling room, right? Thanks so much for stopping by to visit my blog. It is cold and damp here today, perfect hot tea weather. Talk to you soon, take care.
Renee Zarate's Bolton House is still in New England but Renee herself has moved on to South Carolina. The days are a little different now, no garden to take care of means more studio time. Dealing with snow and blizzards will be a thing of the past but there will be new challenges. Challenges like...how will we ever carry these two chairs and this huge umbrella down to the beach? Stay tuned.

Art Journal Calendar Pages for August
I'll be teaching at Ink About It in Westford, MA on Saturday, May 4th from 10am to 1pm. The Art Journal Calendar class is all the way up to August 2013. Since Dina Wakley is coming to visit us and teach in May, I couldn't seem to get her off my mind and the calendar is a reflection of that. Here's to Dina Style!

This is wonderful Renee, I love your bold bright inks, and the Dina stamps are gorgeous xx
ReplyDeleteOh, what fun August is! Clever block design. I have had occasion to require extra journaling space in my last two months, so the extra block seemed quite in line to me.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! I love the vibrancy you captured-so Dina! How exciting...she will love what you have created~ I know I do! @>---------
ReplyDeleteLove those DW stamps and your cool grid for the month!
ReplyDeleteI love how you've laid these out and twisted and turned them...so original and non calendar like! The colors are brilliant and fun!
ReplyDeleteI've never seen a calendar done this way, how cool is this? This is such a fun idea and I love your pages!
