Artistic Outpost May Referral Program

The challenge at Artistic Outpost for the month of May is "Anything Goes".  The sole constraint that you have is to use only Artistic Outpost stamps which is easy since they are so cute!  I decided to use the stamp set that they so generously sent me recently as a gift for using their stamps in a card that was published in Stampington's "400 More Ideas" magazine.  The set is called Paperboy and has images and phrases.
I made an all occasion card, masking off the boy and stamping the cityscape "behind" him.  The clouds are made from Pan Pastels and scalloped paper.
