This is another example of what to do with a coloring book page. I call this one the Starry Night Inquisitive Owl. Here's a list of the products I used:
Supplies Used:
Pan Pastels
Tim Holtz Distress Crayons
Stamps: Stampendous, Stampers Anonymous
Creative Medium iridescent
Chartreuse paste by Imagine Craft
White gesso
Stencils: Artistcellar Aspens & Stars
StazOn Jet Black ink
I enjoy coloring so much I developed a class showing how to color pages and enhance them turning them into small pieces of art. I already have two classes scheduled locally. Doesn't that sound like fun? Photos to follow, one this month and another in June. :-) I hope you're having a great day! Hugs ~ Renee

ReplyDeleteLove your owl, Renee! I have yet to get onto the coloring bandwagon, but I have friends who have told me how very relaxing it is. Love how you have taken your coloring and made it artwork! Good luck with the classes. I know how much I enjoyed mine with you!! Mwah!
ReplyDeleteHi Kay, Get the new Stampington one when it comes out on June 1st, it looks like a good one. I did teach my first class of 24 ladies here at my house on Saturday. It seemed like everyone had a great time, I made lots of desserts and the class went over by about 30 minutes. More fun than I thought it would be! Photos to follow here on the blog. Hugs!
