Art Journal Page

I've been working in my art journal lately.  I try to get in there at least once a week, I wish I would do it daily but it just doesn't seem to happen.  It is a wonderful way to unload unwanted feelings even after you have seemingly set them aside.  Put those thoughts and feelings down on paper and just let them go!  You can always cover up things that you don't want others to read with just a little gesso.

DUPLICITY

There, I feel better now.  It is a sunny but chilly day here in New England.  The leaves are still beautiful but my garden is ready for bed.  Hope you're enjoying the fall weather too.  Take care ~ Renee

  1. I love it and the arrows with red make me wonder if someone has been slinging their rage on you. I agree I am going to try again to art journal. I made one for daughter, but I think I need to express myself besides words~ I love the wonder in this piece-puzzle!

  2. I feel some emotion here. Life seems to get in the way of our art sometimes, doesnt it?

  4. I did not at first see both faces! The subtleness of the blended heads is really cool looking. This is quite a lovely piece...you MUST feel better after creating this page.
